A new “bridges” is launched

Today I am pleased to tell you that “bridges” Vol. 37 has been released by the Office of Science and Technology at the Embassy fo Austria. For the last several years, it has been my pleasure to narrate and produce podcast versions of several articles for each quarterly edition. I hope you enjoy what we have done.

  1. Hi Bob,
Long time no see- and wondering how you are doing. FB posts seem to indicate your life is full and interesting…
I’m still figuring out what I want to be when I grow up. Some day I’ll act like an adult around my children. I’ve got 7 grandchildren – so I should have it together by now, right?

Have used your podcast “Introducing Monica Winder” a lot for the past 5 years in evaluating church sound systems, and to proof our new ones. Several of our regular customers look forward to Plankton, every time I visit.

Do you have any favorites subject-wise, as I am intending to expand my listening subject matter beyond Phytoplankton and the signature orange suit… ? Frankly, subject matter does not matter, but I thought you might have some recollection of something that stands out.

I appreciate your vocal gifts and enjoy using these podcasts to do my job.

  2. Wally,

How very wonderful to hear from you! I hear you on the whole “I’m not sure what to be when I grow up” thing. My kids say the same thing about me.

In this latest release, I’m particularly fond of the article on music diplomacy. Give it a listen and let me know what you think.

All my best to you, always …
